He headed the Treasury Operations of State Bank of India, after stints in credit, and Risk Management. He then joined the Fixed Income, Money Markets, & Derivatives Association of India (FIMMDA), as CEO. At FIMMDA, he was a member of the High Power Committee on Corporate Bonds and Securitization, set up the Corporate Bond Trade Reporting Platform, and drafted the FIMMDA Code of Conduct which has since been mandatory for all G.Secs Market participants.
